River is a documentarian, filmmaker, and performance artist based in the Northeast United States. Their work is raw and grungy as a reflection of existing as a queer outsider in American late-stage capitalism. They are most known for their work directing Love, Will, and Wisdom, as well as their work as a Pro-Wrestling Writer. They are also a founding member of The ESOCRYPT Artist Cooperative.

Starting their career as a freelance filmmaker River did commission work and ghostwriting for several small businesses as well as larger brands.
